Lead SEO and AI visibility initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, optimization, and performance measurement. Own annual and quarterly SEO KPIs tied to traffic growth, visibility, engagement, lead generation, and overall business impact. Conduct technical SEO audits to improve crawlability, indexability, site architecture, schema markup, URL structure, and internal linking. Optimize website content across products, services, solutions, blogs, and other digital experiences to improve search performance. Perform keyword research, content gap analyses, and authority-building initiatives to support business objectives. Monitor SEO and AI visibility performance using analytics platforms and reporting dashboards, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Analyze search trends, user behavior, competitor activity, and emerging AI-driven search experiences to identify optimization opportunities. Contribute to website testing and optimization programs designed to improve organic traffic, engagement, and lead generation. Partner with marketing, analytics, UX, product, content, creative, and technology teams to incorporate SEO best practices into planning and execution. Requirements 8+ years of hands-on SEO experience with ownership of enterprise-level SEO strategies and measurable business outcomes. Deep expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, indexability, schema markup, international SEO, and on-page optimization. Strong experience developing and executing SEO content strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and topical authority initiatives. Experience leading complex cross-functional programs and managing multiple priorities in large or matrixed organizations. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and translating findings into business recommendations. Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving search algorithms, technologies, and industry trends. Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing AI visibility strategies across AI Overviews, answer engines, LLM-powered search experiences, and emerging search technologies. Background supporting B2B marketing organizations. Experience within financial services, enterprise technology, SaaS, or other complex buyer journey environments. Familiarity with integrating SEO and paid search strategies to maximize search performance. Experience utilizing generative AI for research, content ideation, optimization, and performance analysis.
