About the Role:
ACE Food Equipment Corp is looking for a skilled Food Equipment Mechanic to join our team in Royersford, PA! In this hands-on role, you'll keep commercial food service equipment running at peak performance for our valued customers. If you love solving mechanical problems and take pride in quality work, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial food service equipment including Deli slicers, meat grinders, bread slicers, scales etc 
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on a variety of food equipment 
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical issues on commercial kitchen food equipment
• Complete service calls at customer locations in a timely and professional manner
• Document service work, parts used, and repair history accurately
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment issues and repair recommendations
• Manage parts inventory on your truck for needed for repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

• Prior experience repairing commercial food service or food equipment strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems or mechanic experience with small motors 
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals (a bonus but not required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-service oriented
